Coofunder and CEO
Sergi cofounded Lura Care in 2015 with the purpose of providing oral health and quality of life to all people living in Care Homes through a convenient and domiciliary dental care service.
Isabelle Leese
Practice Manager

Starting her career as a dental nurse in 2016, Isabelle has developed extensive specialist experience in patient-centred care. As Registered Manager, she provides senior leadership across the service, building strong teams and improving access to high-quality domiciliary dental care, with a clear focus on safety, professionalism, and patient experience.
Alison Townsend
Sales Manager
Starting her career in the NHS in 2002, Alison helped develop roles still in use today, particularly at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. She later qualified as a Holistic Therapist and Acupuncture Detoxification Practitioner, running her own practice. With over 15 years’ experience in Business Development and as a qualified residential carer, she brings a holistic, person-centred approach shaped by supporting people with Dementia, Parkinson’s and Motor Neuron Disease.
Xavi Comas
General Manager at Lura Care UK and Global COO
Xavi joined the company in 2018 as COO. He is managing the international expansion since 2022. Currently is the Deputy General Manager in the UK.

Dr. Kamberi, Principal Dentist, graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2021. She delivers patient-centred dental care in the UK and domiciliary settings, focusing on prevention, safety, and high clinical standards aligned with CQC guidance. Known for her calm, compassionate approach, she supports vulnerable patients and values continuous professional development. She actively engages in continuous professional development regularly updating her skills.

Lura Care purpose is to bring oral health to the home of all dependent people and people with mobility problems. Ramon is responsible for spreading our social impact proposition.

Technological innovation is fundamental to provide our mobile dental care service to hundreds of Care Homes. Natanael leads the technology team that handles our domiciliary care operations and keep families properly informed of the treatment we provide to their loved ones.
