Today we enjoyed one of those special moments that make us at Lura Care feel more united than ever: our Lura Day 2024. A day in which we have been able to unite our teams from Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom in Barcelona to enjoy a very exciting day to celebrate some successes that belong to all of us.
The intense day started with several challenges that we carried out in teams walking around the city, followed by an enjoyable lunch, good music and drinks, and to recognize the special contribution of some of our team members over the past year. But above all, on our Lura Day we were able to enjoy the most important thing: being altogether to share laughter, emotions and unforgettable moments.
At Lura Care we are exponentially increasing our social impact: last year we managed to assist more than 20,000 dependent people or people with mobility problems through our adapted home services. And with this we have improved the quality of life of more than 6,000 people, helping them to eat again without difficulties, to socialise normally within their environment, and to smile again without feeling self-conscious.
We have achieved this without any doubt thanks to the efforts of an exceptional group of people who every day give the best of themselves, overcoming any adversity, to make the universal right to health a reality. And we cannot fail to be grateful for the enormous support of our investors and key partners, and their commitment to the shared goal of breaking the mobility barrier to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of all elderly people and people with functional diversity who are unable to travel to receive the care they need.
There are still many challenges ahead of us, both present and future, and we know that the road ahead will not be without its difficulties. But, having the passion and commitment of such an exceptional team allows us to face them with enthusiasm, with the conviction that the best is yet to come, and that we will have plenty of reasons to continue celebrating many more Lura Days.
To all of you… A HUGE THANK YOU!
